01 What are your opening hours?
We're open from 9am to 5pm everyday except Sunday. We never close for lunch.
We do close on bank/public holidays but will still be open on the Saturday adjoining those holidays.
02 Location and parking?
We are located on King Street Southwell. This is the main shopping area of town. You will find us directly opposite the Admiral Rodney pub.
Free parking (up to 2 hours) is available in the Bramley Centre carpark, the Church Street carpark and the Saracens Head carpark - all are within 150m of the shop. There's also a loading bay almost outside our door for a very quick drop-off or collection, but please beware the traffic warden is a bit keen!
03 Can you collect / deliver?
Certainly, more than happy to help. We offer free same/next-day delivery on all items. If you can't make it to the shop, or if the equipment is too heavy then just call us on 01636 815676 - we'll happily collect and return any equipment for repair / service.
04 Will you to come out to our remote farm?
Certainly, we are country folk and rural Nottinghamshire is our home. As long as we can get a car to you then no problem. We look after many farms and have customers in villages like Averham, Bathley, Bilsthorpe, Bleasby, Caythorpe, Caunton, Eakring, Edingley, Eppersone, Farnsfield, Fiskerton, Morton, Gibsmere, Goverton, Gonalston, Gunthorpe, Halam, Halloughton, Hockerton, Hoveringham, Little Calrton, Kelham, Kirklington, Kersall, Lowdham, Maplebeck, Maytorne, Muskham, Normanton, Oxton, Rolleston, Staytorpe, Thurgarton, Upton and Winkburn.
05 I'm disabled can you help?
No problem. If you can't make it to us, or if the equipment is too heavy then just call us on 01636 815676. We'll happily collect and return any equipment for repair/service. We're happy to go the extra mile for our elderly, infirm or disabled residents so please feel free to ask for help.
06 Just diagnostics?
Our diagnostic service is ideal where the problem is somewhat unpredictable or hard to pinpoint. You may want to know the likely cost of repair before going further. Is it worth fixing? Is it beyond economical repair? Cost of parts?
These questions can only be properly and accurately answered after a skilled diagnostic session and time to observe the behaviour of the machine. Examples: Erratic or temperamental hardware, BSOD, mock-up and freezing, won't turn on, software failing to load.
