We're a family run business established in 2001. We are passionate and committed to helping people benefit from computer technology and the Internet of things. We ensure that your I.T. works in a way suitable to your needs without complication and technical babble. We work hard to help our customers get the most out of the Internet, whilst also providing guidance, advice and protection to reduce the many threats, scams and rogues out there in cyberspace today. We have performed more than 15,000 jobs for customers so rest assured that we have been there, seen that and got that T-shirt several times over.
Founder & Managing Director
As well as the original founder, I am also the chief engineer responsible for technical vision, strategy, deployment and consultancy to our customer base. I have been an I.T. engineer for more than 37 years mainly helping FMCG and blue chip clients.
I have a diploma in business management and a degree in computer science. I was one of the first UK Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE) for Server 2000. I've worked in the computer industry since 1982. My career started as a software apprentice whilst Microsoft was still developing the original version of Windows.
I don't make the coffee!
I previously worked as a computer engineer at Newark Computer Centre. I transferred to Southwell in 2010 and soon became a Director. I now look after most of the support tasks and really enjoy the call-out and installation jobs. My background is mainly IT support within large and busy industrial sites, so I don't tend to get stressed much these days.
I avoid making the coffee if I can!
I manage the front of house operations including bookings, communication, invoicing, quoting, purchasing, product selection and running the retail store.
Basically I keep it all together and running smoothly while the boys do their geeky backroom things.
I pretty much make all the coffee!
